An off-site follow up survey conducted on September 28, 2023, found that Lincoln Healtcare had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a complaint survey completed on July 20, 2023.
